獲獎消息: AIESEC in Hong Kong - Youth to Sustainability Summit 2024

The AIESEC Youth to Sustainability Summit 2024, organized by AIESEC in Hong Kong, is an annual youth leadership conference that brings together high school students from diverse backgrounds to develop their leadership skills and address critical social issues in Hong Kong. AIESEC, the world's largest youth-run organization, has been actively promoting youth leadership through international experiences since 1948.

During the summit, participants are divided into groups and tasked with analyzing specific social issues and developing innovative solutions using design thinking frameworks. Li Shing Yuk participated in the SDG 9 track, which focuses on Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.

In this track, delegates explored ideas to incorporate technologies and green innovations into various aspects of life, aiming to promote Hong Kong as a green and smart community. Hong Kong has been focusing on developing into a smart city, with schools emphasizing STEAM education and the government funding technological companies and innovation hubs. However, the city still needs to catch up with the world's development trends.

Li and his teammate showcased exceptional skills and ideas, ultimately winning the SDG 9 track.
