其他級別申請學位需知

1.     申請手續

1.1   自行到本校詢問處索取申請表格，或於下方下載申請表格；

1.2   填妥申請表後，連同下列文件，於辦公時間內交回本校詢問處：

        香港身份證影印本；

        最近兩個學期之學業成績表影印本；

        各類校內、校外獎項/成就/證書之影印本。

2.     收生準則與比重

3.     辦公時間﹕

        星期一至五：上午8:00至下午6:00

        星期六：上午9:00至中午12:00

4.     課程：

 

 

申請表格所收集的個人資料，將按個人資料(私隱)條例規定，只用以辦理有關學位申請事宜。

Application for Enrollment at Various Levels

1. Procedures

1.1   Application form is available at our school Reception Counter, or you may have it download from the school website below;

1.2   Complete and return the form to the Reception Counter during the office hours with photocopies of the following:

        Hong Kong Identity Card;

        Academic Reports of two recent school terms;

        Certificates/ awards/ achievements from all internal and  external competitions.

3.     Office Hours:

        Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm/ Saturday: 9:00am to  12:00pm
